Terms & Conditions

This is an early-stage product. Before a public token launch, these terms should be reviewed for the legal requirements of the jurisdictions in which ZERO operates.

1. ZE Points are currently in-game points only. They are not a blockchain token, investment, deposit, security, or guaranteed financial return.

2. There is no guaranteed conversion ratio between in-game ZE Points and any future blockchain token. Any future snapshot or airdrop may use separate eligibility and allocation rules.

3. Premium and Boost products are digital gameplay services. Purchasing them does not create a guaranteed right to receive any future token.

4. Botting, malicious multi-accounting, request tampering, referral fraud, or other abusive behavior may result in balance removal, disqualification, or account suspension.

5. Digital purchases inside Telegram are processed with Telegram Stars. ZERO handles product support for purchases made through the ZERO bot.

6. ZERO may rebalance production rates, upgrade prices, mission rewards, or other gameplay parameters to maintain a sustainable game economy.

7. A blockchain token, if launched, will only be introduced after technical, economic, security, and legal review.
